Cuban Solo Salsa SueltaSalsa Suelta means "loose salsa" ...salsa danced without a partner. As with Rueda de Casino, Salsa Suelta is initiated by people wanting to dance together as a group. However, instead of dancing in a circle as in Rueda, salsa suelta is danced as a line dance. Amazing...least we complain about shoes and floors. Mastering Footwork at an Early AgeLou Bega Sings Mambo No. 5 (Music Video)An example of recent day Mambo music. There are still echoes of the Big Band style that characterized older Mambo music.
